Melanie Roudkovski, PhD

Dr. Roudkovski is a native of Louisiana and grew up not far from the East Texas community she calls home. She received her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, then attended New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary where she earned an M.A. in Marriage & Family Counseling, a Master of Theology, and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology. For over 20 years, Melanie has provided clinical and relational help to individuals of all ages, and she enjoys helping couples and families navigate their unique challenges. Melanie is married and has two teenage children, and she loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys singing around the community, primarily with her church praise band. Dr. Roudkovski is also a professor of graduate counseling and she is passionate about training the next generation of professional counselors, in the classroom and as a board-approved supervisor in Texas. With a background in higher education and administration, she enjoys providing leadership training, speaking at conferences, and helping businesses and leaders maximize resources and people.
