Matt Taylor
Graduate Intern
Matt Taylor earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies with a minor in Psychology from Criswell College in 2018. He is currently a graduate student in his final year at Dallas Theological Seminary’s Master of Arts in Counseling program with a graduation set for December 2024. Matt has experience providing counseling services to a variety of individuals, particularly to couples and children. He has training in trauma-informed care, while utilizing a collaborative, compassionate, and empathetic approach to counseling to assist clients in their journey towards hope, healing, and resilience. While finishing up his master’s degree, Matt is working on his Certification in Sex Therapy with the American Board of Certified Sex Therapists and looks forward to providing East Texas with specialized care in sexual intimacy, dysfunctions, and issues for individuals or couples. Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and kids playing games, being outdoors, camping, hiking, and just having fun living life to the fullest seeing each day as a blessing.
