Tiffany Barreto, MA

Tiffany Barreto earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications with a minor in Psychology from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2015. She also received her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from Lamar University in December of 2022. Tiffany enjoys working with a diverse population including but not limited to the military and their families, individuals with disabilities, children as young as 5 years old and their families, and adults of all ages. Tiffany understands the impact of trauma, social issues, family dynamics, and career-related issues on mental health and seeks to help clients heal and adjust to live healthy lives. As a holistic therapist she utilizes a range of clinical techniques and psychotherapy tools in order to provide the best care for each client. Tiffany believes that through respecting her clients’ values and beliefs, she can create a safe space for promoting healing, self-compassion and self-care, and growth. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her two children and creating new memories. Her daughter is serving in the Navy Reserve and her teenage son enjoys playing video games and skateboarding. She is also a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA).
Tiffany is under the supervision of Dr. Melanie Roudkovski, LPC-S.
