Megan’s aim as a therapist is to be a safe relationship where clients can process, heal, formulate an authentic sense of self, and develop healthy relationships. In her experience, the most effective therapy is creative & client-centered, so she frequently utilizes alternative, evidence-based, interventions that target not just the “thinking” centers of the brain, but also the “emotional” centers of the brain for a holistic treatment approach. She believes that true hope and healing is possible through connection, healthy relationships, and experiential knowledge.

Megan enjoys creating resources based on her work with clients that are quick, simple, and practical for everyone. For resources, or information about supervision with Megan, visit www.practicalselfcare.co
