Itzel Figueroa is a longtime Northeast Texas resident and former educator. She holds a Master of Science in School Counseling from Texas A&M University-Texarkana with a focus in Clinical Mental Health. As a culturally sensitive therapist, she values, and respects the diverse backgrounds, experiences, and identities of her clients.

With a passion for working with adults, teens, and children as young as four, she strives to provide a safe and supportive space that encourages openness, self-exploration, and healing. Understanding that every individual requires a unique approach, Itzel tailors therapy to meet the specific needs of each client.

Outside of her professional life, she cherishes spending time with her family, which includes her husband, their two pre-teen children, and the family cat, la Mitchi.
