Josh Edds, M.Div

Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology along with a minor in religious studies at Oklahoma State University in 2001. In 2006, Josh also earned a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Seminary. Josh has served as a student pastor for almost 20 years in various churches across the country. In 2015 he felt God was calling him to new chapter in life where he would serve as a hospice chaplain. Through his chaplaincy experience, he began to witness firsthand, the reality of addiction, grief, depression, trauma, and anxiety. This is what motivated him to join East Texas Counseling Group as a pastoral counselor and life coach. Because of his past experiences, he enjoys working with individuals from adolescence to senior citizens. Josh enjoys reading, spending time with his friends and family, watching movies, and playing movie trivia.
